FinFlow is the expense-management workspace built for Reyonal, a growing SaaS company (100 to 500 employees) that had outgrown receipt-by-Slack but wasn't ready for an enterprise ERP. Teams in this band lose 6 to 10 finance hours a month to receipt chasing, plus another 4 to 6 hours per monthly close, and often don't catch policy violations until quarterly review. Personas and workflows here were derived from stakeholder interviews across Reyonal's finance, sales, and marketing teams.
